When should I order my cake with you and how?

How does the deposits and cancellations work?
Easy! A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to confirm your booking at the time of booking. Remaining balance is payable before pick up/delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable. It covers for the orders we have to turn down for that same day and hence we bake by order, this covers for the ingredients. However, you can use the deposit for a future order within 30 days.
Do you do delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery at a competitive pricing.
How do I store my cake if I want to get it early?
Cakes and cupcakes should be kept in a cool room away from sunlight (air-conditioned). If you have fondant and/or edible prints on your cake, refrigeration should be avoided as this causes sweat and melting.
You don’t have pictures of the theme I am looking for, can you still make it?

Why our cakes?
We do not use pre mixes for cakes and are all made from scratch with the finest ingredients. In order to preserve the taste and freshness, our cakes and cupcakes are baked and decorated only on order. We spend our undivided attention and all our time and energy to make the cake exactly what you want so you can celebrate your occasion happily.
Are we a registered Business?
We are a registered business with food license and attained Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
Who is Dpas Delights?
Dpas Delights is us when we started in 2018 in Singapore. Since then we have relocated our business to Australia and rebranded ourselves as Caker Australia.
How do I know what size cake I need for my celebration?
We base it on the number of guests/servings. Servings can be coffee size portions or dessert size portions. If you have other desserts being served then you can select coffee portions as they are smaller. Dessert size portions are served where the cake is the main dessert.
